Valley of Glaciers

Discover the beautiful Langtang Valley with its Tibetan-influenced culture, stunning mountain views, and pristine alpine landscapes in Nepal's first Himalayan National Park.

Adventure Overview

The Langtang Valley Trek is often called the "Valley of Glaciers" and offers one of Nepal's most accessible Himalayan experiences, combining stunning mountain scenery with rich Tibetan-influenced culture.

Located just north of Kathmandu, Langtang National Park is home to diverse wildlife, ancient forests, and traditional Tamang villages. The trek takes you through rhododendron and bamboo forests, across glacial moraines, and up to the sacred lakes of Gosaikunda.

This region was significantly affected by the 2015 earthquake, but the resilient local communities have rebuilt their villages and warmly welcome trekkers. Your visit directly supports the local economy and helps preserve this unique mountain culture.
