Frequently Asked Questions

During our November tours, we have a 95% success rate for Aurora sightings. We monitor solar activity and weather conditions daily, and our experienced guides know the best locations for optimal viewing. If we don't see the Aurora, we offer a free additional night.

November temperatures in Iceland typically range from -5°C to 5°C (23°F to 41°F). The coastal areas are milder due to the Gulf Stream, but wind can make it feel colder. We provide a detailed packing list and can arrange winter gear rental.

No prior experience is necessary! Our photography workshops cover everything from basic camera settings to advanced Aurora photography techniques. We provide hands-on instruction and help with camera setup throughout the tour.

If we don't see the Northern Lights during your 7-day tour due to weather conditions, we'll extend your stay by one night at no additional cost. This includes accommodation, meals, and continued Aurora hunting with our guides.

Most of our locations are accessible with moderate walking ability. Ice cave visits require some walking on uneven terrain. Please contact us to discuss specific needs - we can often accommodate different mobility levels with advance planning.
